Movement Guide & Woman of the Elements

Movement is my language. Vitality is my compass.

I was born in France, into a vibrant Franco-Colombian family. Growing up with three sisters, each so different and captivating, I slowly learned to embrace contrasts and to find beauty in what is different.

This wealth of human relationships became my first school: a space of curiosity, compassion, and deep listening.

At first, I followed a conventional path: engineering studies, enriching experiences in the worlds of luxury and technical sports textiles, a life that seemed stable and outwardly successful. Yet, beneath the surface, a deeper calling was whispering.

On the wild volcanic island of Fuerteventura, that whisper began to take form.
Over the years, I dove into an intimate exploration: sensations, breath, body, silence. Surfing, acroyoga, martial arts, conscious movement, intention, and yoga became my guides, a living language that revealed itself as I learned to truly know myself.

It was not a sudden shift, but a patient journey unfolding over nearly ten years. A slow, organic process, where each step drew me closer to my heart. Until, one day, this language filled every part of me, and I knew I could no longer keep it to myself.

I began guiding others, and I understood that in doing so, I had found my place.
Since then, I have continued to create spaces where people move, breathe, and feel, places where energy flows, hearts open, and transformation becomes possible.

I guide with both gentleness and strength, always listening deeply to my intuition.

Since 2023, I’ve also been based in Chamonix during the winters, exploring the raw power and verticality of the mountains, and sharing my workshops and classes with passion in this magnificent valley.

What I share is what life has gifted me: the art of letting ourselves be touched, even moved to the core, in order to rediscover the purest source of our inner power.

“What I share today in my retreats, workshops, or sessions hasn’t been learned in any school or any of my past trainings"

It arises from a deep inner space. Gestures, words, and impulses appear unexpectedly, and they often move me just as much as those who receive them.

I welcome them as a mystery, a living language flowing through me.
And this is what I aspire to offer: spaces of authenticity, presence, and sharing.

Over the past five years, I have guided more than 30 yoga retreats in the Canary Islands, the Azores, southern Portugal, and France.
I have welcomed over 200 participants and shared my vision of breath and conscious movement with more than 3,000 students in different yoga studios.

As a child, I could never have imagined that such a path existed. Today, I know that every step has led me here.
It is in sharing that I find a true source of inspiration.

I have learned that listening to one’s inner calling takes courage. It means choosing to stay true to yourself and moving forward, step by step, toward a life that truly reflects who you are.

Committed Adventurer & Nature Guide

“Adventure only finds its full meaning when it’s shared”

I was born in Chamonix, at the foot of the Bossons Glacier.

Between endless snowfields and ski runs, the mountains were my playground and more than that, my teacher.

My father, an alpine guide and a pioneer in adaptive sports, taught me about courage, resilience, and the kind of solidarity that comes from helping others reach summits they never imagined.

My mother, a hospital dietician, showed me how to care for the body, eat with intention, and live in balance.

When I was 14, a knee injury forced me to step away from competitive skiing. It became a journey of self-discovery, revealing strengths I never imagined I possessed.

I became a certified ski instructor in France, later working in China, representing the French Ski School.

After the pandemic, a new inner call to explore the ocean more deeply arose, kitesurfing, sailing, and a fresh sense of freedom.

I began training for my Yacht Master, dreaming of one day captaining my own sailboat designed for a cleaner, freer world.

Until then, every sail became a moment of connection, presence, and shared experience.

This is what I bring:
A call to reconnect with oneself through outdoor sports and the great adventure of pushing one’s boundaries, from mountain peaks to the open ocean.

“My true path of resilience began much earlier"

My father, Dominique Desbenoit or “Doumé,” as everyone called him, devoted his life to adaptive sports after his best friend was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident in his twenties.

Together with engineer Pierre Tessier, he helped design one of the very first sit-skis for people with disabilities.

Over the years, he guided many individuals with reduced mobility to the summit of Mont Blanc, including Sylvie Samicya, who had been declared 80% disabled after a traumatic accident.

As a child, I witnessed something unforgettable:
the strength of the human spirit when the body says no, but the soul insists on yes.

Handiski was my first real school. And my father, without a doubt, a big mentor.

I learned early on that the only real limits are the ones we place on ourselves.

That within every obstacle lies an invitation to go further, to question what we believe is possible, and to move beyond it.

My journey hasn’t been linear. It’s been full of obstacles, and each challenge continues to shape me, testing me and constantly offering the chance to learn more about myself. Above all, it reminds me that true freedom begins when we choose to grow, both for ourselves and with others and that the journey continues at every step.

This is the spirit I carry into every experience I guide.
